护理干预对乳腺癌患者根治术后疗效和生活质量的影响

Fffect of nursing intervention on prognosis and quality of life in patients undergoing radical mastectomy

目的探讨护理干预对乳腺癌患者改良根治术后临床疗效和生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年8月间陕西省肿瘤医院收治的90例乳腺癌改良根治术患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用护理干预。采用焦虑量表评分(SAS)和抑郁量表评分(SDS),观察和比较两组患者护理前后SAS、SDS、术后疼痛控制和手术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者护理后SAS和SDS评分明显降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术后疼痛明显缓解,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术后并发症发生率显著降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够明显改善患者负面情绪,有效缓解手术后疼痛,降低手术后并发症发生率。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on prognosis and quality of life in patients undergoing radical mastectomy. Methods Ninety patients with breast cancer undergoing modified radical mastectomy in Shanxi Province Tumor Hospital from January 2014 to August 2015 were randomized into the control group（ routine nursing） and the observation group（ nursing intervention）. Using anxiety rating scale（ SAS） and depression rating scale（ SDS）,scores of SAS and SDS pre- and post-nursing,postoperative pain control and incidence of postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,scores of SAS and SDS post-nursing significantly decreased in the observation group（ P〈 0. 05）; compared with the control group,postoperative pain was significantly relieved in the observation group after the nursing（ P〈 0. 05）; compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications obviously reduced in the observation group（ P〈 0. 05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve negative emotions,effectively relieve the postoperative pian and reduce the incidence of complications in breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy.
