公民素养测量结构的探究及验证

The Exploration and Confirmation of the Civic Literacy Scale

中小学生公民素养测量量表的编制经历了初编、预测和形成正式量表三个阶段。最终形成的《中小学生公民素养测量量表》由公民认知、公民情感、公民能力和公民行为四个维度构成,共47个题目。数据分析结果表明,本量表具有较好的内部一致性信度、分半信度和结构效度,可以作为测评中小学生公民素养的工具使用。

The development of the civic literacy scale for the primary and secondary school students is experienced three stages：the first draft,forecasting and forming formal scale.The ultimate＂Civic Literacy Scale for the Primary and Secondary School Students＂is consist of four dimensions：civic cognition,civic emotion,civic competence and civic behavior,which totally has 47 items. Confirmatory factor analysis results show that the scale has a better internal consistency reliability,split-half reliability and construct validity,which can be used as a tool to evaluate primary and secondary school students＇ civil literacy.
