民办高校深化创新创业教育改革探析——以山西工商学院为例

An Analysis of the Deepened Educational Reform for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Private Universities——A Case Study Based on Shanxi Technology and Business University

民办高校的发展史本身就是一部创新创业史。传承创新创业办学历史积淀,珍惜创新创业教育前期积累,确立"创新引领创业,创业带动就业"的务实理念,实行师资队伍建设创新、就业创业教育创新、实践教学创新、育人机制创新和帮扶支持工作创新,是民办高校深化创新创业教育改革、提高人才培养质量的关键所在。

The development of private universities is itself a history of innovation and entrepreneurship. If private universities hope to deepen the educational reform for innovation and entrepreneurship and to improve the quality of personnel training,what matters is to do the following things：inheriting the university-running history of innovation and entrepreneurship;cherishing the early accumulation of innovation and entrepreneurship education;establishing the practical idea of＂innovation leading entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship promoting employment＂;and achieving innovation in teaching staff construction,education for employment and entrepreneurship,practical teaching,mechanism of educating students and work of assistance and support.
