摘要 教师专业发展有着名副其实的教育哲学基础。要素主义说明了教师专业发展的起点是人类文明中的精华要素;永恒主义说明了教师专业发展的支点是人类发展中的永恒真理;进步主义说明了教师专业发展的出发点是帮助学生进步;改造主义说明了教师专业发展的辐射点是以引领学生努力实现社会改造;存在主义说明了教师专业发展的终点是帮助个人为自我存在而负责。这些教育哲学理论为教师专业发展指明了各个专业发展的视角,教师需要融合这些教育哲学基础,促使其专业性具有哲学根基层面的保障。 Teachers' professional development has five different educational philosophy foundations. Essentialism that the starting point of teacher professional development is the essence of human civilization elements;perennialism that the fulcrum of teacher professional development is the eternal truth in human development;progressivism that teacher professional development is the starting point to help students progress;transformism that the radiant of the professional development of teachers is to lead students to work hard for the realization of the social transformation;existentialism that the teacher professional development of the end is to help individuals responsible for self existence.These philosophy of education theory for the teacher professional development points out the various professional development perspective, teachers need to integrate these educational philosophy basis, to promote their professionalism with the philosophy of the basic level of protection.
