摘要
本文研究了胶黏剂不同NCO/OH比值(R值)、不同熟化温度、不同熟化时间及不同涂胶量对背板层间粘结力的影响。结果为随着胶黏剂R值、熟化温度、涂胶量设定数值的增加,粘结力呈现先逐渐增大后逐渐减小的趋势;随着胶黏剂熟化时间延长,粘结力逐渐增大,到一定水平后不再变化。用正交实验法优化胶黏剂配方及使用工艺,优选结果为R值为3、涂胶量7g,熟化温度50℃,熟化时间5天,粘结力为13.1N/1.5cm。
This paper studies the different adhesive NCO/OH ratio [R value), different curing temperature, different curing time and different amount of glue on the backsheet to the influence of the cohesive force between the layers. IT show that for with adhesive R value, curing temperature, amount of glue the increase of the set value, the cohesive force showed that a trend of increase gradually decreases after first; As the adhesive curing time extended, cohesive force increases gradually, to a level no longer change. Using orthogonal experiment method, formula and use technology to optimize adhesives, optimization result for the R value for 3, 7 g glue quantity, curing temperature 50℃, curing time 5 days, cohesive force is 13.1N / 1.5cm.
