一种热敏版用成膜树脂的研制

摘要 本文系统介绍了一种热敏版用成膜树脂的制备方法,从配方和工艺两个角度详细阐述了影响树脂性能的各因素,发现了单体对树脂溶解性-耐溶剂性、碱溶性-耐碱性的影响规律,最后对树脂的性能进行综合评价。结果表明:该树脂的感光性能、涂层性能和老化性能均满足版材生产的要求,具有较大的应用潜力。 A method of preparing the prefilming resin for thermal plate has been presented, Various influencing factors, including composition and process have been discussed. The trend of monomer ratio on resin solubility-solvent resistance and alkali soluble-alkali resistance has been found, Finally, the application performance of resin has been evaluated. It showed that the resin has excellent photographic performance, coating peroperty, et al, which could meet the requirements of plate production. So it has great application potential.
