自体富血小板血浆联合脂肪颗粒移植改善哺乳后乳腺萎缩 被引量:4

Treatment of post-lactation mastatrophy by platelet-rich plasma combined with autologous fat granules transplantation

摘要 目的 探讨自体富血小板血浆联合脂肪颗粒移植改善哺乳后乳腺萎缩的临床效果.方法 制备自体富血小板血浆和脂肪颗粒后,以1∶20比例混合,根据乳房形态、大小,注射到乳腺后间隙及皮下层,首次单侧注射量100~150 ml,第2、3次注射量150~300ml.结果 本组共64例患者,58例经2次注射后效果满意,6例经3次注射后满意.术后随访3个月至5年,无感染、硬结、包膜挛缩、脂肪栓塞等并发症发生.结论 自体富血小板血浆联合脂肪颗粒移植改善哺乳后乳腺萎缩效果明显,此方法操作简便,是切实可行的较好方法. Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) combined with autologous fat granules transplantation in improving mastatrophy after lactation. Methods The autologous PRP and fat granules were prepared and mixed them by 1 : 20 and then the mixture was injected into the retromammary space as well as subcutaneously according to the shape and size of breast. The unilateral injection quantity was 100 to 150 ml for the first time and 150 to 300 ml for the second time. Results Of 64 cases, 58 were satisfied with the results after the 2nd set of injections and 6 were satisfied after a 3rd set of injections. There were no instances of infection, sclerosis, capsular contraeture,or fat embolism after 3 months to 5 years follow-up. Conclusion PRP combined with autologous fat granules is an effective method for treating mastatrophy after lactation. It is a feasible and viable method to perform in clinic.
