预制隧道法注射填充:一种安全的注射填充技术

Filler injection with preset tunnel(FIPT) technique

目的 探讨一种能有效避免血管栓塞并发症的注射填充技术.方法 先用导引钝针在欲填充的部位穿刺出隧道和层次,观察到无明显出血后,再在形成的隧道和层次内注射自体脂肪或者填充材料.结果 本组共335例患者.自体脂肪注射171例,透明质酸注射164例.无一例发生血管栓塞.术后随访1 ～12个月,注射部位形态均获得改善,手术效果满意.结论 预制隧道法注射填充技术安全可靠,可以有效避免血管栓塞并发症的发生.

Objective To explore the effectiveness of the filler injection technique with preset tunnel for avoiding vascular complications. Methods Injection tunnel and plane were set in advance by using blunt cannulas and local compressionwas performed to stop bleeding. Finally, autologous fat or other soft tissue filler can be injected in preset tunnel and plane. Results The filler injection with pre-set tunnel （FIPT） technique was used successfully in autologous fat （ n= 171 ）, and hyaluronic acid （ n= 164） injection. No vascular complications occurred. After 1 to 12 months follow-up, all patients were satisfied with the effects postoperatively. Conclusion The FIPT technique is a feasible method as it can effectively avoid vascular complications.
