天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢偏头痛35例临床观察

[目的]观察天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢偏头痛疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对35例门诊患者使用天麻钩藤饮(天麻12g,钩藤后下15g,石决明18g,栀子、黄芩各9g,川牛膝12g,杜仲、益母草、桑寄生、夜交藤、朱茯神各9g,白芍15g,地龙9g,川芎6g,全蝎研末冲服3g;目赤口苦,便秘尿黄加龙胆草、夏枯草各15g,大黄9g;头晕目涩,视物不清,腰膝酸软加生地、首乌、女贞子、枸杞子、石斛各15g;久痛入络可酌情加活血化瘀药,桃仁、红花各6g,丹参15g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服,连续15d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈33例,有效1例,无效1例,总有效率97.14%(34/35)。[结论]天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢偏头痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Observing clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Treated continuously for 3 treatments to determine efficacy. [Result] 33 cases were cured, 1 cases were effective, 1 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.14% （34/35）. [Conclusion] Tianma gouteng decoction in treating liver-Yang hyperactivity migraine, satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
