Sanren Decoction In Clinical Treatment of Two Cases, Edema of Cream

三仁汤出自《温病条辨》,宣畅气机,清利三焦,用于湿温初起及暑温夹湿之病症。临床用于治疗淋症和水肿,虽是不同病症但均属湿重于热的证型,临床辨证,随证加减,灵活变通。淋症属湿热下注膀胱,加入清宣之药清热利湿,导湿热从小便出,淋症自除;水肿病症在肺脾肾,湿热壅塞三焦,加入重浊之药泄下消导利水消肿,通利三焦,泄下湿热从二便出,利水消肿。扶正祛邪,标本兼治,提高疗效,值得推广。
