温针灸治疗腰腿疼痛随机平行对照研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]观察温针灸治疗腰腿疼痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将92例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组46例腰腿痛丸,12g/次,3次/d。治疗组46例温针灸,取穴肾俞、腰阳关、次髎、命门、夹脊穴;气滞血瘀加三阴交、足三里;肝肾阴虚加肝俞、太溪、太冲;消毒后,一次性无菌毫针垂直刺入,深度以耐受为宜,肾俞、环跳、大肠俞、命门温灸,将被切除长度控制为2cm,艾柱点燃后套插到毫针尾端,沿毫针和刺入部位把热量导进深层肌肉组织,15min/次,配合电针温灸,共两壮,〈5min/壮,2次/d,如针刺部位疼痛用拔罐,2次闪罐,留罐3-10min。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组疗效优于对照组(P〈0.01)。[结论]温针灸治疗腰腿疼痛疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。 [Objective] To observe the effect of warming acupuncture and leg pain. [Methods] Random parallel control method, 92 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups craps method is simple. Treatment group of 46 patients warm acupuncture, acupoints Shenshu, Yaoyangguan, Ciliao, Vital, Jiaji; blood stasis plus Sanyinjiao, Zusanli; liver and kidney and liver Yu, too River, Taichong; disinfection, disposable sterile needle inserted perpendicularly into the depth to withstand appropriate, Shenshu, ring jump, colon Yu, Vital moxa, cut length will be controlled to 2 cm, after Ai-chu lit sets needle into the tail end, needle piercing site and along the heat conduction into the deep muscle tissue, with acupuncture moxibustion, a total of two strong, 〈5 min/Zhuang, 2 times/d. After acupuncture treatment to patients tolerate the degree, 15min/times, such as acupuncture cupping site pain, twice the flash tank, leaving the tank 3-10 min. 14d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] Treatment group than the control group (P〈0.01). [Conclusion] warm acupuncture and leg pain results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
