针刺联合消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹随机平行对照研究

Acupuncture Combined Xiaofeng Powder(消风散) Random Parallel Control Study for the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

[目的]观察针刺联合消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将26例门诊患者按诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组13例氯雷他定,10mg/次,1次/d;服药期间禁止饮酒,禁食鱼、虾、蟹。治疗组13例针刺(双侧血海、曲池、合谷、足三里、三阴交、百会),曲池、合谷、行泻法,足三里、百会行补法行针得气后,血海、三阴交平补平泻法;留针30min,1次/d,疗程之间间隔2d;消风散(荆芥、防风、蝉蜕、知母、牛蒡子各15g,当归20g,熟地、甘草各10g,地肤子15g,白鲜皮9g,丹参10g,赤芍15g,白蒺藜、僵蚕各9g,党参15g,黄芪、白术各20g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮疹、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈4例,显效7例,有效1例,无效1例,总有效率84.61%;对照组痊愈2例,显效5例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率53.84%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺联合消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the acupuncture combined Xiaofeng Powder in patients with chronic urticaria. [Method] Using random parallel control method, the 26 cases of clinic patients according to diagnostic method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 13 cases of loratadine, 10 mg/times, l/d; Prohibit drinking during medication, fasting, fish, shrimp, crab.13 cases of acupuncture treatment group （double side Xuehai, Quchi, Hegu, Tsusanli, SanYinJiao, Baihui）, Quchi, Hegu,use reduction in acupuncture.Tsusanli,Baihui use reinforcing methodcatharsis, Xuehai, SanYinJiao use mild reinforcing-reducing method .Retaining needle 30 min, 1/d, period of treatment between 2d; Xiaofeng Powder , herba schizonepetae, windproof, cicada slough, rhizoma anemarrhenae, fructus arctii each 15g, angelica 20g, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, 10g, licorice root, 10g belvedere fruit 15g, cortex dictamni, 9g, red sage root, 10g, red paeony root, 15g Trihulus terrestris, batryticated silkworm each 9g, dangshen 15g, astragalus, atractylodes each 20g; 1/d, boiling water 300mL, oral sooner or later.Continuous treatment of 7d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [Result] The treatment group 4 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, effective in 1 case, 1 had no effect, total effective rate was 84.61%. The control group recovered in 2 cases, 5 cases were markedly improved, 3 cases ineffective in 3, and total effective rate was 53.84%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Joint disperse like the wind. acupuncture treatment of chronic urticaria, curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
