穴位敷贴与耳穴贴压联合常规护理干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病随机平行对照研究

Acupoint Application and Auricular Plaster Therapy Combined with Conventional Nursing Intervention for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察穴位敷贴与耳穴贴压联合常规护理干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分两组。对照组35例常规护理干预,遵医嘱对症祛痰、止咳以及抗生素治疗,详细记录治疗过程中的药物名称以及不良反应,并以专业手法进行处理。治疗组35例遵医嘱穴位敷贴、耳穴贴压;常规护理同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效干预组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]穴位敷贴与耳穴贴压联合常规护理干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病,效果满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the acupoint application and auricular plaster therapy combined with conventional nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. [Methods] 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group of 35 cases of routine nursing intervention, doctor symptomatic expectorant, cough and antibiotic treatment, and adverse reaction of the drug name, a detailed record of the treatment process and professional manner. 35 cases in the treatment group were prescribed acupoint application, auricular plaster therapy; control group with routine nursing care. Continuous treatment for 2 weeks for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 6 courses of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The clinical curative effect of intervention group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Acupoint Plaster and auricular plaster therapy combined with routine nursing intervention in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the effect was satisfactory. No serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
