超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在乳腺肿块诊疗中的临床价值探讨 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :探讨超声引导下空芯针穿刺活检(ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy,US-CNB)在乳腺肿块诊疗中的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析1 210例患者1 241个乳腺肿块US-CNB的病理资料,并与术后组织病理结果进行比较,评价US-CNB在乳腺肿块诊疗中价值。结果:1 241个乳腺肿块组织中US-CNB病理诊断乳腺癌970例,术后病理组织诊断乳腺癌1 000例,CNB病理诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度为97%,特异度为100%,阳性预测值为97%,阴性预测值为100%,假阴性率为3%,正确指数为0.97,诊断符合率为97.58%。约登指数为0.97,Kappa值为0.975 8。结论 :US-CNB灵敏度高,病理诊断结果与术后病理诊断结果符合率高,且安全有效,对指导乳腺癌的个体化治疗具有重要的临床价值。
