2015年南京市居民健康期望寿命分析

Analysis of healthy life expectancy for residents of Nanjing City in 2015

目的测算南京市居民健康期望寿命,综合性分析人群健康状况,为相关公共政策的制定提供依据。方法收集人口信息、死亡信息,并根据横断面调查资料得到人群不同健康问题的流行率或现患率。基于沙利文法测算不同类型健康期望寿命指标。结果 2015年南京市居民期望寿命为82.19岁(男性80.11岁,女性84.45岁)。无慢性病健康期望寿命为61.22岁(男性60.24岁,女性62.25岁),无残障健康期望寿命为79.95岁(男性77.82岁,女性82.23岁),自评健康期望寿命为72.80岁(男性71.73岁,女性74.13岁)。结论男性与女性生命质量的差距远小于生命长度的差距。慢性病已成为人到中年后即影响人群健康的主要因素,高龄人群中,生命质量随年龄下降更为明显。建议政府部门将健康期望寿命作为重要指标使用和发布,并继续加大对慢性病患者和老年人的健康保障措施。

Objective To measure and calculate the health life expectancy and analyze comprehensively the health status of residents of Nanjing City, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the related public policy. Methods The data of population, mortality and prevalence rates of different health problems from investigations were collected, and the health life expectancy was calculated by the Sullivan method, Results In 2015, the life expectancy for residents in Nanjing City was 82.19 years （the male being 80.11 years and female 84.45 years）. The healthy life expectancy without chronic morbidity （HE-cm） for residents was 61.22 years （the male being 60.24 years and female 62.25 years）. The hand- icap-free life expectancy was 79.95 years （the male being 77.82 years and female 82.23 years）. The life expectancy in good self-perceived health （HE-sp） for residents was 72.80 years （the male being 71.73 years and female 74.13 years）. Conclusion For the male residents in Nanjing City, their quality of life during the whole lifespan is not as lower as life expectancy than the female. The authority should public the healthy life expectancy as an important indicator for resi- dents＂ health status evaluation, and strengthen the health safeguard measures for the patients with chronic diseases and el- derly residents.
