摘要
目的对医院DR影像诊断建设项目进行职业病危害放射防护控制效果评价,保障放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全。方法根据辐射防护三原则、《放射诊疗建设项目卫生审查管理规定》及GBZ/T181-2006《建设项目职业病危害放射防护评价报告编制规范》,对某大学医院DR影像诊断建设项目进行现场放射卫生学调查、现场检测和职业性危害因素分析与评价。结果 DR机应用质量性能合格,DR机房周围环境辐射水平符合国家标准要求,机房防护设计、个人防护用品配备、放射防护管理体系和安全防护措施合理有效。结论该DR影像诊断建设项目属于放射性危害一般类,放射防护和安全设施在正常运行时,放射工作人员和周围公众是安全的。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a digital radiography (DR) imaging diagnosis construction project, so as to ensure the health and safety of radiation workers and the public. Methods For DR room in a university hospital, the on-site radiation hygienic investigation and on-site inspections were performed ac- cording to the Specifications for compilation of occupational hazard evaluation report in radiological protection on construc- tion project (GBZ/T 181-2006), the Hygiene inspection regulations for radiological diagnosis and treatment construction projects and three principles of radiation protection. Results The DR machine application quality and surrounding radi- ation levels of the DR room were in accordance with the national standards. The room protection design, room shielding protection, personal protective equipment, and safety measures were reasonable and effective. Conclusion The DR imaging diagnosis construction project belongs to the general category of radiological hazards, and the radiation protection and safety facilities in the normal operation can effectively prevent the radiation workers and surrounding public.
