摘要
目的建立一套护理人员管理系统,用于我院护理人员档案管理。方法系统基于C/S的3层结构设计,采用VB.net语言开发;系统数据库选用SQL sever建立,数据库的各信息表通过人员ID号建立关联。结果该系统已在我院护理部和各科室开展应用,其性能稳定、安全可靠,得到护理人员认可。结论该系统为我院规范管理护理人员信息提供了便利,为评审护士工作提供了参考依据。
Objective To develop a nursing staff management system to manage their archives. MethodsBased on the three-tier C/S（Client/Sever） architecture, the system was developed by using VB.net and SQL server. The information in the database was connected with the identity number of nursing staff. Results The nursing staff management system was applied in Department of Nursing and other departments and its stable performance, safety and reliability were well recognized by nursing staff. Conclusion The system made it convenient for the hospital to standardize the nursing staff information management and also provided reference for evaluation of the nursing work.
