Research of Preventive Maintenance for the Medical Center Suction System in the Hospital

目的研究我院医用中心负压吸引系统常见的故障原因,并提出预防性维护措施。方法对我院近几年来中心负压吸引故障进行综合分析,并从水循环、压力表、吸引管路等方面进行改进,开展周期巡检制度及临床科室培训。结果两年内的运行结果显示,改进后的中心吸引系统运行更加顺畅,故障率大大降低。结论改进措施简便可行,开展中心负压吸引预防性维护工作,能够很好的优化设备运行,确保临床工作安全有序进行。

Objective To study the common fault cause of the medical center suction system in our hospital and put forward some preventive maintenance measures. Methods A comprehensive analysis of the fault of the medical center suction system in our hospital was made. And improvement measures were also put forward from multiple aspects, including water circulation, pressure gage and the suction pipeline. Additionally, the periodic inspection system and training of clinical departments were performed. Results According to the operation of the center suction system in two years, the improved system ran more smoothly and the fault rate was greatly reduced. Conclusion The feasible and easy-to-operate improvement measures were used to perform the preventive maintenance of the medical center suction system, which ensured optimal operation of the equipment, security and order of clinical work.
