摘要 本文应用PDCA循环管理法,分析GE 16排螺旋CT的球管更换情况,从球管使用时间、机房环境、维护保养、多部位扫描数量等因素展开讨论,制定了相关的监管方案,通过持续改进的方式有效延长了CT球管的使用寿命,不仅提高了CT机的使用效率,同时也节约了医院的维修开支,取得了良好的社会效益。 The PDCA(Plan, Do, Check, Adapt) cycle management was adopted in this paper to make an analysis of GE 16 row helical CT tube replacement situation and discuss the factors from multiple aspects, including the tube use time, computer room environment, maintenance and multi-location scanning number. Additionally, the relevant supervision solutions were also formulated. Continuous improvement effectively extended the service life of the CT tube, which not only improved the efficiency of the use of CT machine, but also saves the hospital maintenance expenditure and achieved good social benefits.
