The Problems of Political Participation through Network for the Migrant Workers of New Generation and the Countermeasures

新生代农民工网络政治参与的实质是由"政治边缘人"转变为"政治中心人"的角色转变过程,然而,面临自身素质不高、社会地位低下、网络参与平台落后、网络虚假信息泛滥等挑战与制约。为此,可以通过提升新生代农民工的政治素养,完善社会福利保障、加强网络政治平台建设、建立协同机制等来克服他们政治参与的障碍。

The essence of political participation through network for migrant workers of new generation is a process of transition for them from out-politics marginal men to in-politics participants. However, there are challenges and constraints for them in the following aspects： poor education background, low social status, disadvantage of network platform for participation, false information overflow on the intemet .Therefore, it is available to help them overcome the barriers to the political participation by improving their political ability, perfecting the social benefits system, strengthening the construction of political network platform and establishing the cooperation mechanism.
