Selecting and setting up role models is an effective and important ideological work method of our Party, and is also one of the main means of the Communist Youth League to lead the youth work. In order to make the brands and flags of contemporary significance take root securely in the thoughts of the youth and give rise to more brands and flags through enlarging and spreading effects, the article makes systematic research and elaboration on the significance of selecting and setting up youth role models, ways of propaganda, mechanism of following developing track cultivation and means of demonstration effect.
