基于Hofstede理论的内蒙古青年价值观测度与分析

The Measure and Analysis of Youth Values in Inner Mongolia Based on the Hofstede Theory

价值观是个人或群体对人生、社会及世界的认知与情感的一部分,在社会文化上有着鲜明的体现。以Hofstede文化五维度理论对内蒙古青年价值观的解析发现:当代内蒙古青年价值取向由重视集体性价值转向追求个体性价值,缩小权力差距的意愿增长,追求事业成功与物质成就的刚性特征明显,不确定性规避的取向较高,传统社会显著的长期取向逐渐向短期取向转变。

Values are parts of perception and emotion to life, society and the world for an individual and groups of people, and are expressed clearly in social culture. It is discovered through the analysis of the Inner Mongolia youth values by the five dimensions of the Hofstede theory that the value orientation for the youth in Inner Mongolia is transforming from paying attention to collective values to pursuing individual values, the willingness is increasing to narrow the gap in power, the inflexibility of pursuing career success and material achievements is becoming more clearly, the tropism of evasion to indeterminacy is growing, and the marked long-term orientation in traditional society is replacing by short-term one.
