摘要
目的:探讨男性增龄对递增负荷力竭运动后血压恢复的影响。方法:150名健康男性,分为青年组、中年组和老年组。受试者进行一次递增负荷力竭运动实验,分别测定运动前安静时、运动中以及运动后恢复期的血压(BP)和心率(HR)。BP恢复参数包括运动后第1 min、第3 min收缩压恢复速率(SBPR)和舒张压恢复速率(DBPR),分别计作SBPR(1 min)、SBPR(3 min)、DBPR(1 min)和DBPR(3 min);运动后第3 min的SBP与运动后第1 min SBP的比值(第3 min SBP恢复比,r SBPR)以及SBP恢复时间。结果:1)运动前安静状态下,中年组和老年组SBP高于青年组(P〈0.05);力竭运动即刻青年组SBP_(max)低于中年组和老年组(P〈0.05);运动后恢复期各时间点SBP青年组低于中年组(P〈0.05),中年组低于老年组(P〈0.05);三组DBP在运动前后均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。2)SBPR(1 min)、SBPR(3 min)、DBPR(1 min)和DBPR(3 min)在青年组高于中年组(P〈0.05),中年组高于老年组(P〈0.05),而r SBPR和SBP恢复时间在青年组低于中年组(P〈0.05),中年组低于老年组(P〈0.05)。3)偏相关分析显示,年龄与r SBPR(R=0.366,P〈0.05)和SBP恢复时间(R=0.410,P〈0.05)呈正相关。结论:1)运动后SBP从峰值下降至安静水平的时程变化存在年龄差异,而增龄对于运动后DBP的时程变化则无显著影响;2)随着年龄增长,BP恢复速率减慢;3)年龄是r SBPR和SBP恢复时间的独立预测变量。
Objective: Exploring effects of aging on post exhausted exercise blood pressure restore in male adults. Methods:150 healthy male subjects were divided into young group,middle-aged group and old group. The subjects performing an incremental cycle ergometer exhausted exercise test and blood pressure( BP) and heart rate( HR) before,during and after exercise were measured. BP restore parameter included SBP restore rate( SBPR) and DBP restore rate( DBPR) at 1 min and 3 min after test-SBPR( 1 min),SBPR( 3 min),DBPR( 1 min) and DBPR( 3 min); the ratio of the third minute SBP to 1minute SBP post-exercise( the third minute systolic blood pressure recovery ratio,r SBPR) and SBP restore time.Results:( 1) The pre-exercise resting SBP was significantly higher( P 0. 05) in middle-aged group and old group than that of young group. At peak exercise,young group had a significantly lower SBP than middle-aged group and old group( P 0. 05). Post-exercise SBP at each time point was significantly lower( P 0. 05) in young group compared to middleaged group and in middle-aged group compared to old group. But DBP of all groups had no significant difference( P 0.05).( 2) SBPR( 1 min),SBPR( 3 min),DBPR( 1 min) and DBPR( 3 min) were higher( P 0. 05) in young group compared to middle-aged group and in middle-aged group compared to old group,whiler SBPR and SBP restore time were low er( P 0. 05) in young group compared to middle-aged group and in middle-aged group compared to old group.( 3)Partial correlation analysis displayed that aging was positively realated with r SBPR( R = 0. 366,P 0. 05) and SBP restore time( R = 0. 410,P 0. 05). Conclusions:( 1) Changes of SBP but not DBP declined from peak to rest in healthy adult males after maximal exercise,and demonstrated age difference.( 2) BP restore rate was low along with aging.( 3) Aging was independent predictive variable of r SBPR and SBP restore time.
