我国体育社团的制度环境与发展对策研究

Institutional Environment and Development Countermeasures of Sport Community in China

我国体育社团是特定社会背景下与制度环境中的产物,具有鲜明的制度环境烙印。基于此,研究中国体育社团问题需要从中国特有的制度环境出发,进而分析体育社团的制度环境的构成、特性及其对体育社团的影响。通过文献资料等方法,主要从政治制度、经济制度、意识形态3个方面进行分析;并对我国体育社团的发展对策进行理论探究,主要包括促进政府转移职能、推进政府购买服务、完善法律法规体系、优化监督管理职能。

Under the particular social and institution background,the sports community of China is produced with the distinct mark of institutional environment. Thus,the special institutional environment must be taken into consideration in the research on Chinese sports communities. And then,the structure and characteristics of institutional environment and its impact on sports community also need to be further analyzed. Through the literature review and so on,we mainly expanded its analysis from political system,economic system and ideology. We made theory investigation on the development countermeasures of Chinese sports community,including the promotion of government transferring functions,the development of government purchase services,the improvement of law and regulation system and the perfection of supervision and management functions.
