Risk Management of Sports Tourism in New Zealand

通过对《新西兰体育与娱乐风险管理指南》体育旅游风险管理体系进行研究,发现,新西兰体育旅游风险管理体系包含三个部分:第一部分为新西兰体育旅游风险,包括项目构成与分类、项目风险等级、项目损伤情况、风险归因因素;第二部分为风险管理过程,包括风险管理的5步战略即建立背景、识别风险、分析风险、评估风险和处理风险;第三部分为资源。通过研究新西兰体育旅游风险管理,汲取其经验,以期为我国体育旅游安全防护与风险规避提供借鉴与参考。

Based on research of sports tourism risk management system in Guidebook of Sport and Entertainment Risk Management, the paper points out that the sports tourism risk management system in New Zealand include three parts. The first part is sports tourism risk in New Zealand, including composition, category, risk level, injury of sports item, risk attribute; the second part is the risk management process, including five steps of strategy of risk management, i. e., background establishment, risk recognition, risk analysis, risk evaluation and risk treatment; the third part is the resource. The paper researches the sports tourism risk management in New Zealand and learn from its experience so as to provide references for the sports tourism security and risk precaution in China.
