民本语境下构建民生服务体系的路径探析——基于崇州市服务群众主题活动的实证分析

Path Analysis on the People's Livelihood Service System in Civilian–oriented Contexts

以马列主义和我们党的民生思想为指导,坚持问政于民、问需于民、问计于民,以维护广大群众的根本利益为立足点和出发点,了解百姓所想、所需是解决民生问题、提升政府行动能力、构建干部服务民生体系的关键。本文结合当前崇州市政府所面临的实际情况,浅析崇州市党组织统领下的民生建设问题,发掘亮点工程,试图探索具有普适性的干部服务民生工程的具体路径。

It＇s the key issue that guiding with marxism-leninism and the livelihood of the people thought of our party, stick to seek the solution of people, maintain the fundamental interests of the masses, under- stand the people thought, solve the problem of the people＇s livelihood, promote government action ability, build cadres to the service system of the people＇s livelihood. It combining with actual situation faced by the government and analyses the people＇s livelihood construction, excavate good projects, trying to explore the route of the people＇s livelihood project.
