安心汤对冠心病患者TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6的影响

Effect of TCM Anxin Decoction on TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察安心汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的临床疗效及其对肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、IL-6水平的影响。方法:124例冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各62例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服中药安心汤,药物组成:丹参30 g,黄芪30 g,当归15 g,红花15 g,麦冬30 g,生晒参15 g,益母草15 g,桃仁10 g,桂枝15 g,炙甘草5 g。自汗者加五味子10 g;失眠者加酸枣仁30 g,柏子仁30 g。水煎取汁400 m L,早晚2次分服。30 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。治疗结束后,比较两组患者的临床疗效和TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗3个疗程后,观察组患者的TNF-α、IL-6水平显著低于观察组(P<0.05),但两组患者的IL-1β水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者有效率为95.16%,显著高于对照组的74.19%(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应率为4.84%,显著低于观察组的14.52%(P<0.05)。结论:安心汤可以降低冠心病患者的TNF-α、IL-6水平,具有较好的临床疗效,不良反应较少。

Objective：To explore and analyze the clinical therapeutic effects and the changes of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 in patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Chinese medicine treatment of Anxin Decoction. Method： 124 cases of patients with Coronary Heart Disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 62 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,while patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine of Anxin Decoction in addition to that of the control group. TCM Drug ingredients ： Salvia 30 g, Astragalus 30 g, Angelica 15 g, Safflower 15 g, Radix 30 g, Ginseng 15 g, Motherwort 15 g, Peach kernel 10 g, Cassia twig 15 g, Licorice 5 g. In case of spontaneous perspiration Schisandra 10 g was also used;In case of insomnia Semen 30 g and Platycladi seed 30 g was also used. After treatment,the clinical therapeutic effects and the changes of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 of the two groups were compared. Result：Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-ot） , interleukin-1β （IL-1β ） and interleukin- 6 （IL-6） level （P 〉 0.05）. After 3 courses of treatment, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the observation group （ P 〈 0.05 ） respectively, but there was no significant difference in IL-1β level （ P 〉 0.05 ） between the two groups. The clinical treatment of patients in the treatment group, the total effective rate of the observation groupwas 95.16% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 74.19% （P 〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 4.84% ,which was significantly lower than that （ 14.52% ） of the observation group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： Traditional Chinese medicine Anxin Decoction in treatment of Coronary Heart Disease patients can effectively reduce the level of TNF-α and IL-6,with better clinical treatment effect and lower toxicity.
