In recent years, the violent crime and terrorism is increasingly growing, the using of guns has become the essen- tial mean to fight crime and to protect citizens＇ legitimate rights. From the perspective of legislation and justice, the regulations that US police use guns have formed a perfect system. We can thorough the analysis of legal system of using guns to clarify the procedure and condition of the guns used and improve the legal system.
