高职院校教学研究工作问题分析与对策

Analysis and Strategy of Teaching and Research Work of Higher Vocational College

我国高等职业教育已经从规模扩张转向加强内涵建设、提高人才培养质量的关键阶段,积极推进高职院校教学研究工作,已经成为促进高职院校教改创新、提升教学质量的重要任务和抓手。文章分析了当前高职院校教研工作存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的措施与对策。

Our country＇s higher vocational education has shifted from scale expansion to connotation to strengthen the key stage of construction, which improved the quality of personnel training and actively promoted the teaching and research work in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges are promoting the educational reform and innovation as well as enhancing the quality. This paper analyzes the current problems existing in the teaching and research work in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the corresponding measures and countermeasures to solve these problems.
