在经济快速发展的今天教育也在不断发展,思想政治教育也需要与时俱进,建立新型的思想政治和管理融合创新体系,从而满足当代人的需要。当前社会人才的真正衡量尺度要以"德才兼备"为基本准则,在掌握丰厚知识技能的同时,思想境界上的觉悟与提高也是不可或缺的。目前,随着高校的扩招,在思想政治教育方面逐渐显露一些问题,需要对学生的管理工作融入思想政治教育,对学生进行精细化的管理,积极地抓住课堂的主要场所对学生进行思想政治教育。
