摘要
自20世纪90年代起,美国经历了一场如火如荼的新公共管理改革,以市场化为核心、以外包为手段的公共事务管理理念不可避免地席卷了美国的公共图书馆运营模式。本文试图探究美国公共图书馆外包模式的运作方式,以及其中的特点,从中汲取对我国公共图书馆发展有益的经验。
Since the 1990s, the United States experienced a full swing of the new public management reform. The public affairs management concept, which takes market development as the core, and outsourcing for means, inevitably swept the public libraries in the United States operating mode. This paper attempts to explore the American public library outsourcing mode of operation and the characteristics in order to draw useful experience of Public Libraries for our country development.
