近十年针灸治疗乳腺增生病取穴规律探讨

Discussion on the Regular of Selection of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands During Recent 10 Years

以"中医""针灸""乳腺增生"为关键词,检索2006年1月1日-2016年5月1日维普数据库、知网数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库收录的公开发表的中文学术论文,排除无效文献后,最终选取118篇全文阅读并归纳总结。统计分析显示针灸治疗乳腺增生病穴位分布以胃经最多,心经未见选穴;按部位取穴以膝下穴位(肝、脾、肾经为主)及腹部(任脉穴居多)最常用,同时配合胸部选穴;治疗主穴共46穴,膻中穴使用频率最高,其次为阿是穴;治疗方法多样,以电针最为常用。

With key words ＂traditional Chinese medicine＂, ＂acupuncture and moxibustion＂ , ＂ hyperplasia of mammary gland＂ to search the public Chinese dissertation from CNKI, Vip database and Wan fang database during the period of Jan Ist 2006 to May 1st 2016. To exclude the invalid documents, and finally select 118 of the dissertations to read through and make conclusion. The conclu- sion is that with the method of acupuncture and moxibustion to cure the hyperplasia of mammary gland, the acupuncture point distri- bution is mainly on the Stomach Meridian while the heart channel of Hand-Shaoyin is not even selected. If select acupoint by different regions, the most common is the acupoint under knee（liver, spleen, kidney meridian as the main acupoint） and hypogastric region （Ren meridian as the main one）, coordinating with chest acupoint selection. Total treatment for master point is 46 acupoints, and the most frequently is danzhong point, then ashi points come the second. The treatment method varies a lot, while the electral acu- puncture is the most common one.
