疏经整复手法调整膝关节肌力平衡治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Knee joint Osteoarthritis by Adjusting the Muscle Strength of the Knee Joint by Means of the Method of Drainage

目的:观察疏经整复手法调整膝关节肌力平衡治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将90例KOA患者随机分为对照组和实验组各45例,对照组患者采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片口服治疗,实验组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上采用疏经整复手法调整膝关节肌力平衡治疗,治疗后评估并比较两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗后实验组患者治疗优良率明显高于对照组,症状、体征评分、关节疼痛(NRS)评分及功能评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏经整复手法调整膝关节肌力平衡治疗可提高KOA治疗效果,促进临床症状、体征及预后改善,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis （KOA） by adjusting the muscle strength of the knee by means of the method of drainage. Methods ： Randomly 90 cases of KOA patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 45 cases in each group, the control group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets oral treatment, patients in the experimental group in the control group of patients on the basis of thinning by the manipulation of adjusting the muscle strength of the knee joint treatment, differences between the two groups of patients with cura- tive effect evaluation after treatment. Results： After treatment, the treatment of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the scores of symptoms and signs, joint pain （NRS） score and function score was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The effect of KOA treatment can be improved by adjusting the musele force balance of the knee joint by means of drainage. The clinical symptoms, signs and prognosis can be im- proved, which is worthy of clinical application.
