摘要
目的:探索分析超声对甲状腺结节的诊断价值。方法:随机选取2014年10月-2015年5月来笔者所在医院就诊的甲状腺结节患者240例,根据患者结节的大小,分为1 cm以上组、1 cm及以下组,对患者行超声检查,利用ROC曲线对超声诊断的应用价值进行评价。结果:良恶性甲状腺结节在形态、边缘情况、血流及内部回声等方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当结节直径不超过1 cm时,特异度、灵敏度分别为90.9%、90.0%,准确率为90.8%,最佳临界值为3分;当结节直径大于1 cm时,特异度、灵敏度为94.7%、77.8%,准确率为91.5%,最佳临界值为2分。结论:超声检查对于甲状腺结节的诊断,不仅能够鉴别甲状腺结节的良恶性,而且费用较低,具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound for thyroid nodules.Method: 240 patients with thyroid nodules in our hospital from October 2014 to May 2015 were randomly selected, according to the size of the nodule patients were divided into more than 1 cm group and less than or equal to I cm group.All patients were given ultrasound examination, the ROC curve was used to evaluate the value of ultrasonic diagnosis.Result: The differences in morphology, edge cases, blood flow and internal echo comparative between benign and malignant thyroid nodules were statistically significant(P〈0.05).When the nodule diameter was not greater than 1 cm, the specificity, sensitivity was 90.9%, 90.0% respectively, the accuracy rate was 90.8%, the optimal cutoff value was 3 points.When the nodule diameter was greater than 1 cm, the specificity, sensitivity was 94.7%, 77.8% respectively, the accuracy was 91.5%, the best critical value was 2 points.Conclusion: The uhrasonography for the diagnosis of thyroid nodules is not only able to identify benign and malignant thyroid nodules, but also with low cost, it has a high diagnostic value.
