尿沉渣检测对肾脏疾病的诊断价值初步研究

A Preliminary Study on the Diagnostic Value of Urinary Sediment Detection of Kidney Disease

目的:分析尿沉渣检测对肾脏疾病的诊断价值,为临床提供指导。方法:抽取2015年5月-2016年1月入住笔者所在医院的56例疑似肾脏疾病患者作为本次的研究对象,对56例疑似肾脏疾病患者的尿液均实施尿沉渣镜检法和尿干化学试纸法进行检测,将尿沉渣镜检法的检查结果作为试验组,尿干化学试纸法的检查结果作为对照组,分析比较两种方法的检查结果。结果:两组红细胞、白细胞、管型、结晶的检出率及敏感度、准确度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组特异度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿沉渣检测法对肾脏疾病的诊断价值显著,准确度较高,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze the value of urinary sediment examination on diagnosis of kidney disease, to provide guidance for clinical practice. Method： 56 cases of suspected kidney disease in our hospital from May 2015 to January 2016 were admitted as the research object of this experiment, urinary sediment microscopic examination and urine dry chemistry test paper test were implemented in urine examination of 56 patients with suspected renal disease. The result of urinary sediment microscopy examination was as the experimental group, the urine dry chemistry dipstick test result was as the control group, the inspection results were compared between the two groups.Result： The differences in the red blood cells, white blood cells, tube type, crystallization detection rate, sensitivity and accuracy between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.But there was not statistically significant difference in specificity between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Condusion： The diagnostic value of urinary sediment detection of kidney disease is significant, it has high degree of accuracy, which is worthy of promotion.
