降压益肾颗粒对原发性高血压患者动脉功能、抵抗素和炎症因子影响的研究

The Clinical Study on the Effect of Jiangya Yishen Granules on Primary Hypertension Patients' Arterial Function, Resistin and Inflammatory Cytokines

[目的]通过观察降压益肾颗粒对原发性高血压患者动脉功能、抵抗素和炎症因子的影响,探讨降压益肾颗粒治疗原发性高血压的作用机制。[方法]收集符合纳入标准的原发性高血压患者120例,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例,治疗组给予非洛地平加降压益肾颗粒治疗,对照组给予非洛地平治疗,疗程为8周,观察治疗前后两组动脉功能、抵抗素和炎症因子水平的变化。[结果](1)对动脉功能影响方面,治疗组治疗后可明显改善血管功能(P<0.01);(2)对抵抗素影响方面,两组治疗后均可降低抵抗素水平(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);(3)对炎症因子影响方面,两组治疗后均可降低IL-1、TNF-α、Hs-CRP水平(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]降压益肾颗粒联合非洛地平改善原发性高血压患者动脉功能及降低抵抗素、Hs-CRP、IL-1、TNF-a水平疗效优于单独应用非洛地平。

[Objective]By observing the effect of Jiangya Yishen Granules on arterial function, resistin and inflammatory cytokines of primary hypertension patients, this paper is to explore the mechanism of Jiangya Yishen Granules in treating the patients withprimary hypertension. [Method] 120 selected primary hypertensive patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 60 patients and the control group of 60 cases. The patients in treatment group took Jiangya Yishen Granules and Felopipine for 8 weeks, while the control group took Felopipine only for 8 weeks. The arterial function, resistin and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were observed. [Results]（1） On the function of arteries, the treatment group after treatment can significantly improve vascular function（P〈0.01）;（2）In the aspects of resistin, both groups can reduce resistin levels after treatment（P〈0.05）, and the improving degree in the treatment group is greater than the control group（P〈0.05）.（3） In the aspects of inflammatory cytokines, both groups can reduce the IL-1, TNF-α, Hs-CRP levels after treatment（P〈0.01）, and the improving degree in the treatment group is greater than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Jiangya Yishen Gradules combined with Felodipine can improve primary hypertension patients＇ blood vessel function, and reduce resistin, CRP, IL-1 and TNF-a. It＇s efficacy is better than Felodipine only.
