摘要
非晶硅薄膜电池的负极接地设计在光伏发电系统中非常重要,文章根据非晶薄膜电池对地负偏压时腐蚀较大的缺点,论述了与非晶薄膜电池相配合的逆变器直流侧负极需接地的主要原因。根据逆变器负极接地时电压的特点,得出结论:箱式变电站低压侧防雷器耐压须大于逆变器的直流输入电压与输出相电压峰值之和。
The grounding design of the negative pole of the amorphous silicon film battery is very important in the PV power generation sys-tem. Regarding the disadvantage of the serious corrosion of amorphous silicon film battery to ground with the negative bias, in the paper, theprincipal reasons for the negative pole to be grounded on DC side of the inverter completed with the amorphous silicon film battery are demon-strated. According to the voltage characteristics of the inverter with the negative pole grounded, it concludes that the voltage withstand of thelightening arrester on LV side of the box transformer shall be greater than the sum of the peak values of DC input voltage and output phasevoltage of the inverter.
