风电齿轮箱传动系统的非线性动态特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 在综合考虑风载荷变化,齿轮啮合刚度、齿轮啮合误差、自身重力以及支撑轴承非线性等因素的共同影响下,建立了具有多级齿轮传动的大型风电齿轮箱齿轮-传动轴-轴承系统耦合的非线性动力学模型,利用拉格朗日方程推到了风电齿轮箱传动系统的动力学方程。并分析了系统动态特性的影响规律。结果表明:齿轮箱传动系统各构件的动态响应主要是由内部激励引起的高频成份和外部激励引起的高频成份叠加而成的。本文的研究为大型风电齿轮箱动态特性的评价以及齿轮传动系统的动态性能优化设计提供一定的理论基础。 A coupled multistage gear transmission system for wind turbine gearbox is established considering time-varying load,meshing stiffness,transmission error,and the nonlinear vibration characteristics of gear rotor bearing system and the interactions among gears,shafts,and bearings are investigated.The dynamical equations are derived by Lagrange equation,The analysis results indicate that the dynamic characteristics of the gearbox are caused by high-frequency with the internal excitation and low-frequency with the external excitation.The study may contribute to further understanding the dynamic characteristics of the wind turbine gearbox system with internal and external excitations.
