贵州省产业结构与就业结构协同关系研究

Research on Coordination between the Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Guizhou

基于贵州省2007-2015年三大产业产值及就业数据,对产业结构、就业结构现状进行分析;从产业就业弹性、就业结构对产业结构的偏离度等方面对产业结构与就业结构转变协同性问题进行了探讨。研究认为,当前贵州省产业结构与就业结构变动存在不协调的矛盾比较突出,需要引起高度关注与重视;最后,就如何实现产业结构与就业结构转变协同提出了相应对策与建议,以期提高产业结构与就业结构转变的协同性,确保经济增长与充分就业双重目标的实现。

Based on the output value and employment data of the three key industries in Guizhou Province dur- ing 2007 - 2015, this paper analyses the current situation of industrial structure and employment structure. In the paper, the problem of industry structure and employment structure transformation collaborative is also discussed through studying its elasticity of employment and the structure deviation degree. The study suggests that the uncoor- dinated contradiction between industry structure and employment structure is more outstanding, so more attention must be paid to the problem. At last, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to achieve the synergistic effect of industry structure an std employment structure. By improving the synergistic effect of industry structure and employment structure, we can ensure the smooth realization of the dual goal of the economic growth and full employment.
