自2016年9月21日起,对于公路货运车辆,各地交通运输、公安部门要严格按照GB 1589-2016规定的最大允许总质量限值,认定车辆车货总重是否超限超载,并据此进行检查和执法（详见《公路货运车辆超限超载认定标准》）。
Recently, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Industry and Information and Ministry of Public Security jointly issued a series of regulations and guidelines addressing the overload issues in transport businesses.
