冠心病住院患者对疾病相关知识掌握情况的现状调查及影响因素分析

Investigation and influencing factors of the disease related knowledge in hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease

目的了解冠心病住院患者对疾病相关知识掌握程度及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,对2015年5—12月收住蚌埠医学院第一附属医院心血管内科的214例冠心病患者作为调查对象,发放调查问卷,了解冠心病住院患者疾病相关知识掌握程度,分析影响疾病相关知识掌握的因素。结果冠心病二级预防的知识得分最高,冠心病危险因素的知识得分位居第二,得分最低的是冠心病概念的相关知识,患者对冠心病相关知识掌握程度与性别、文化程度、家庭月经济收入、家族史相关。结论冠心病患者的疾病知识掌握水平偏低,应加强对患者的健康教育,健康教育的内容应因人而异,从而提高冠心病患者的认知水平。

Objective To investigate the degree and influencing factors of the disease related knowledge in hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD）. Methods A convenience sampling method was carried out in our study from May 2015 to December 2015. Two hundred and fourteen coronary heart disease patients were selected in the department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College,Anhui Province. Questionnaires were issued to study the mastery degree of disease related knowledge in patients with coronary heart disease and analyzed the influencing factors. Results We found that the scores of secondary prevention of coronary heart disease knowledge was the highest score,knowledge score of risk factors of coronary heart disease was second,and the lowest score was the knowledge of the concept of coronary heart disease.Moreover,the mastery degree of disease related knowledge in patients with coronary heart disease was related to gender,education level,family income and family history,and there were significant differences between the comparisons（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Patients with coronary heart disease have low knowledge about coronary heart disease,so we should strengthen the patient＇s health education; and the health education contents should be individualized to improve cognition level of patients with coronary heart disease.
