护理干预对老年高血压患者血压控制和自我管理能力的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on blood pressure control and self-management behavior of elderly hypertensive patients

目的探讨护理干预对老年高血压患者血压控制及自我管理能力的影响。方法将我院收治的96例老年高血压患者随机分为对照组48例和观察组48例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予针对性的护理干预,比较两组患者治疗前后血压水平和自我管理能力的改善情况。结果两组患者治疗后,观察组患者收缩压(134.05±10.42)mm Hg、舒张压(79.03±8.56)mm Hg,明显低于对照组的(144.40±12.95)mm Hg、(84.05±6.16)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者知识掌握水平、治疗依从性、心理状态及生活行为方式均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年高血压的治疗过程中实施护理干预,可显著提高患者的自我管理能力,有效控制血压,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on blood pressure control and selfmanagement behavior of elderly hypertensive patients. Methods 96 elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into observation group（ 48 cases） and control group（ 48cases）. The control group received conventional care; the observation group received nursing intervention based on conventional care. Compared the situation of blood pressure control and the level of self- management behavior between the two groups. Results After treatment,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of observation group were（ 134. 05 ± 10. 42） mm Hg and（ 79.03±8.56） mm Hg,significantly lower than the control group（ 144. 40 ± 12. 95） mm Hg,（ 84. 05 ± 6. 16）mm Hg,the differences was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; The knowledge mastery level, treatment compliance,mentality and way of life behavior in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing intervention in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension can significantly improve the self-management behavior,effectively control the blood pressure,has a high clinical value.
