一例输入性罗阿丝虫病病例的调查 被引量:6

摘要 通过调查1例输入性罗阿丝虫病病例的诊治经过及流行病学史,总结该病及其他输入性热带病的核实诊断、病例管理和应对策略。患者发病前有非洲流行区生活史和斑虻叮咬史,临床表现有皮下游走性包块,并伴有皮肤瘙痒和双眼睑肿胀,实验室班氏丝虫病抗原检测两次阴性。目前多数医院未储备丝虫病的特效治疗药物和特异诊断试剂,建议选择一些定点或专科医院建立特效治疗药物和诊断试剂的储备机制,加强临床医生对罗阿丝虫病及其他热带病的诊治能力和意识,并做好相关人员的健康教育和出国前信息告知,对预防该病具有重要意义。 To understand the process of diagnosis,treatment and epidemiological history of an imported Loaiasis case,provide reference for the identification and management of imported Loaiasis and other tropical diseases and suggest related response strategy. The patient had w orked in endemic areas in Congo-Brazzaville for 28 months and had Chrysops bite history before the onset,w ith the clinical manifestations of subcutaneous migratory enclosed mass,accompanied by pruritus and sw elling of the eyes,and results of tw o laboratory Bancroftosis antigen test w ere negative. Since most hospitals had no diagnosis and specific treatment capabilities for Loaiasis,it is suggested to establish a stockpile mechanism of medicines and diagnostic reagents in some hospitals for the response of imported Loaiasis,strengthen the capability training for the diagnosis and treatment of Loaiasis and other tropical diseases,and conduct health education about tropical disease prevention among people w ho are going to travel or w ork in the disease endemic countries.
