海军水面舰艇部队心理应激自评问卷调查

Self-evaluation Test on Reliability and Validity of Psychological Stress in Naval Surface Vessel Unit

目的研究心理应激自评问卷在海军水面舰艇部队中的信效度。方法在海军某舰队随机抽取3艘水面舰艇作为研究样本,使用心理应激自评问卷及其他测量量表。用克伦巴赫系数及各条目与应激自评问卷总分的相关性检测心理应激自评问卷的内部一致性。用心理应激自评问卷得分与症状自评量表总分及各因子的相关关系检验心理应激自评问卷的平行效度。用心理应激自评问卷得分与阿森斯睡眠量表、多维度疲劳量表、工作倦怠量表的相关关系检验心理应激自评问卷的建构效度。结果心理应激自评问卷在海军水面舰艇部队具有良好的信度和效度。结论显著的相关关系表明心理应激自评问卷在海军水面舰艇部队的应用非常稳定而有效。

Objective To study the reliability and validity of Psychological Stress Self -evaluation Test （PSET）among soldiers in the naval surface vessel unit .Methods 3 ships were randomly selected from the navy as 3 research samples to apply PSET and other tests .The internal consistency of PSET was assessed by the Cronbanchαcoefficient.The parallel validity of PSET was tested by the SCL -90.The construct validity of the PSET was tested by the AIS and SCL -90.Results The PSET has good reliability and validity .Conclusion The significant correla-tion shows that the application of the PSET is very stable and effective in the naval surface vessel unit .
