以开展双向转诊工作的实际情况为基础,分析双向转诊对于优化医疗资源分配、提高保障效能、强化服务职能等方面的积极推进作用,从组织形式、转诊程序、实际需求和出现问题等方面,深入探讨双向转诊模式,继续发掘潜能,拓展范围。
Based on the actual situation of two -way referral in recent years, analyze the positive effect of two -way referral for optimizing medical resources , improving the efficiency of security, and strengthening the serv-ice functions.Probe into the mode of two -way referral from organizational form, referral order, actual needs and problems, and then continue to explore potentials and expand functions .
