摘要
阐述了气力输送过程中炭黑粒子破碎的机理及影响因素。通过试验研究,对炭黑测试采样方法进行了介绍,指出压送罐出料蝶阀、弯头、输送管长度、输送管进日罐等部位都是造成炭黑细粉含量增加的原因,并提出了优化建议,为炭黑气力输送的设计提供了宝贵经验。
This paper describes the mechanism and influencing factors of carbon black particle breakage during pneumatic conve- ying. Through the experimental study, the CB test sampling method were introduced, and points out that the pressure conveying tank discharging part of butterfly valves, elbows, conveying tube length, conveying pipe into the tank, etc. are causes of black powder content increased, and puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize, carbon black pneumatic conveying design pro- vides valuable experience.
