摘要
针对含有模糊语言信息的决策问题,基于语言真值直觉模糊格蕴涵代数理论,提出了语言真值直觉模糊真度矩阵,给出了将语言真值直觉模糊判断矩阵转换为语言真值直觉模糊真度矩阵的方法,利用语言OWA算子对语言真值直觉模糊真度矩阵进行聚合、排序进而得出最优方案.将该方法应用于选择最佳创业项目为例,说明该方法的合理性和有效性.
For decision making problem with fuzzy linguistic information, based on the theory of linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy lattice implication algebra, linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy truth-degree matrix is proposed. The method of converting linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy judgment matrix into linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy truth-degree matrix is given. By using the linguistic OWA operator to aggregate and order the 10-element linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy truth-degree matrix, obtain optimal scheme. The method is applied to choose the best start-ups, the result show that the method is rational and effectual.
