The Determination of Trace Manganese (II) in Natural Water by Single-Scanning Polarography

摘要 在0.01mol·L-1硼砂溶液中,Mn(Ⅱ)于-1.53V(vs·SCE)处产生灵敏的极谱波,Mn(Ⅱ)浓度在0.012~12.0μg·mL-1范围内与导数波高呈良好线性关系,检出限为0.008μg·mL-1,样品加标回收率为94~98%,相对标准偏差小于2.8%,该方法准确、简便、选择性好. This paper studied on determination of trace manganese in natural water by single-scanning polarography. The sensitive polarography wave of manganese (II) was studied in the base solution of 0.01mol.L-1 borax. The peak potential is-1.53V (vs.SCE). The change of peak height with the concentration of manganese (II) is linear in the range of 0.012~12.00μg.mL-1, and the detection limit is 0.008μg.mL-1. The recovery was in 94 ~ 98% and the RSD was less than 2.8%.
