建筑业农民工职业成长历程研究

Study on Migrant Workers' Professional Growth in Construction Industry

农民工职业化是我国劳动力优化配置、个体职业能力提升和建筑业良性发展的迫切需要。本文从劳动力供给的研究视角,借鉴C B E理论,分析钢筋工职业能力分层构成,量化职业能力各因素的重要度并对其进行排序,构建职业能力"五力模型",归纳农民工职业成长的阶段历程。

The professionalism of migrant workers is the crying need of labor resource optimal allocation, individual career ability enhancement and development of construction industry. Based on study of CBE theoretical and from the labor supply viewpoint,this paper analyzes the professional ability components of steel bar workers, quantifies the important degrees of ability factors and sorts these factors, builts a ＂five-strength model＂ of professional ability, and finnaly summarizes the career development course and profession stages of migrant workers.
