高职院校校企合作工作现状及对策分析

Analysis of Current Situation and Countermeasure of College-Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Colleges

校企合作是职业教育的生命线,目前高职教育中校企合作工作并不理想,为了全面了解高职院校校企合作的工作现状,调查了华中、华南和华东地区部分高职院校和企业的校企合作情况,通过对调查结果的分析,找出制约高职院校的主要因素,如法律法规不完善、校企双方关注点不一致、院校适应能力不强等。从收益成本视角看,要关注校企合作中各方的利益。

College-enterprise cooperation is the lifeline of vocational education. So far, the effect of such cooperation has not been satisfactory. In order to comprehensively know the current situation of it, some vocational colleges cooperating with enterprises in central, southern and eastern China have been surveyed. The chief factors of restricting vocational colleges＇ development have been found out from the survey, such as the imperfect laws and regulations, the focus inconformity between colleges and enterprises,poor adaptability of college, and so on. From the perspective of profit-cost, enough attention should be paid to the interests of each part in the cooperation.
